Return and exchange policy
Dear customer, in order to ensure us a distinguished service and earn your trust in "petsBasket " store, we offer you a return and exchange policy within 14 days of the date of the request, within the conditions of:
The product must be in its original condition.
In the event that a wrong product arrives at you, or a shipment arrives in an incorrect condition, the "petsBasket " store bears all shipping and replacement costs, and in case you want a replacement or return for any other reason, the "petstime" store does not bear any shipping costs incurred.
The petstime store returns the amounts in the form of a cash balance in the customer’s account in the store once the returned shipments arrive at the store, or it sends the amount back to the customer’s account in a period of no less than a week after contacting the customer and taking his information correctly.
In the event that the customer purchases the products via Visa or MasterCard cards, and the customer wants to recover the amount, compensation will be made by returning the payment to the same Visa or Master Card that was purchased, and the return period is subject to the policy of the bank (or electronic payment medium) provided to the service.
In the event that the customer gets free shipping in exchange for purchasing products worth more than (300 riyals) and wishes to return the products, the "petstime" store has the right to recalculate the free shipping cost.
